We met David at an open house last summer just browsing through the Scottsdale area. We weren't really serious about buying at that point, but were interested in the area and doing some research. What a blessing that we met David. Not only did he put up with my fickle, as I figured out what it was I really wanted, but he continually went above and beyond to help me get to that point where I was sure. We were not local, so he creatively got us acquainted with the area via Facetime, dropbox, maps, and a visit or two. We put an offer without ever stepping foot into the place, but yet we knew exactly what we were getting. So, the faith I have in David is only matched by the faith I have in him as a person who wants to do the very best for those he cares about and represents. Obviously, I cannot say enough about David, but he is sincere and he knows how to take care of his clients in a way that no other realtor does. The breadth of knowledge, attention to detail, patience, and a true desire to do what is best for the client is the realtor that David truly is. Anyone will be lucky to work with him.

David was an absolute dream partner in finding my first property. He was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and most importantly, honest, throughout the entire process. I'm an out-of-state buyer, so it was important for me to have someone who knew the market, knew areas and properties that had issues, and was willing to do virtual showings asap given the competition.
